Actions

  1. Confirm your contract (or addendum if this is 2nd client and beyond) is signed

  2. Reply All to Client Email Intro from Jill including:

    1. Your role, a proposed meeting cadence and earliest on site/remote assessment dates

    2. Request a client issued email and calendar access

  3. Schedule 2 calls

    1. Intro call (45 min - 1hr) to occur within 48 hours

    2. Standing weekly working call

  4. Create a client workspace that the whole team has access to using OneNote

  5. Send On-Site/Remote Prep Document (alternatively, review it during the Intro Call)

Intro Call Sample Agenda

  • Goals of the engagement; confirm software and scope

  • Confirm client-issued email & calendar for you (this makes scheduling, document sharing, access to internal invites and communication easier)

  • Confirm on-site/remote assessment dates

  • Identify who should be in each session

  • Align on working SharePoint/OneDrive space the client will own and deliverables and SOPs will live

  • Set the weekly meeting cadence, along with key decision makers.

  • Ask for any baseline data not previously identified during discovery calls

  • Close with travel window and next steps.
