Request a client issued email and calendar access
Schedule 2 calls
Intro call (45 min - 1hr) to occur within 48 hours
Standing weekly working call
Create a client workspace that the whole team has access to using OneNote
Send On-Site/Remote Prep Document (alternatively, review it during the Intro Call)

Goals of the engagement; confirm software and scope
Confirm client-issued email & calendar for you (this makes scheduling, document sharing, access to internal invites and communication easier)
Confirm on-site/remote assessment dates
Identify who should be in each session
Align on working SharePoint/OneDrive space the client will own and deliverables and SOPs will live
Set the weekly meeting cadence, along with key decision makers.
Ask for any baseline data not previously identified during discovery calls
Close with travel window and next steps.
